Siobhan Riordan, interviewed in this film says, “Timebanking is a collaboration  which brings human beings together to change the world.”

Timebanking is, quite simply, an exchange of skills in which the ‘currency’ is time not money and everyone’s hours are worth the same amount. In a Timebanking group everyone has some ‘skills’ that are valued, and everyone has something to offer.
